Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return Products purchased from Sinasos Rugs (the “Website”) and request a refund or exchange. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Return and Refunds
2.1 General Return Policy: We offer a 14 day return policy on all eligible Products purchased on the Website. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return and initiate the return process.
2.2 Eligible Products: The following Products are eligible for return:
- Products that are in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Products that have not been used, altered, or damaged.
- Products that are not excluded from return (see Section 2.3).
2.3 Non-Returnable Products: The following Products are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized Products.
- Antique or Legacy Rugs unless mutually agreed.
- Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
- Products that are marked as final sale.
- Products that are excluded by law from return.
3. Return Process
3.1 Return Request: To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@sinasosrugs.com within the 14 day return period. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3.2 Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the Product.
3.3 Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong Product shipped, damaged Product).
3.4 Packaging and Shipping: You must pack the Product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. The product should be shipped using a trackable shipping method and insuring the Product for its full value.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned Product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the Product, less any applicable shipping costs, customs costs, or restocking fees (see Section 4.4).
4.4 Restocking Fees: We may charge a restocking fee up-to 70% of the purchase price for returned Products that are not in their original condition or that require repackaging.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined in Section 3. Once the returned Product is received and approved, you can place a new order for the desired Product.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
6.1 Notification: If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us immediately at contact@sinasosrugs.com
6.2 Return and Replacement: We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective Product and, at our discretion, provide a replacement Product or a full refund.
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on the Website.
