Hand-knotted in mid-to-late 20th century, “Lysandra” (Elegance and Noble Presence – Ancient Greek) features a densely packed all-over floral design, arranged in a symmetrical layout. The repeating stylized flower clusters and vine tendrils evoke harmony and balance, offering visual rhythm across the rich burgundy-red field. The color palette is bold yet harmonious; a deep red background supports fine floral detailing in golden beige, navy blue, leaf green, and soft brown. The wide borders framed in ochre with secondary borders in ivory and red, contain finely articulated rosettes and meandering vines that reinforce the traditional structure.
